I am a simple, small-town (almost country) girl who loves Jesus, my family and food.  I’ve been married for almost 22 years and have a son who is about to fly away from the nest. I gave my heart to Jesus when I was 16 but I did not fully surrender everything to Him until I was older.  Growing spiritually has been an amazing journey. The verse from Jeremiah 29:13 is so true when it says “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”  And the best part it is, it keeps going.  I will never be too old to learn and grow.  Through this blog I hope to share things the Lord has revealed to me in my growing process.
